How are ÈDDA KNIT guides delivered?
All ÈDDA KNIT guides are delivered digitally.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a download link to your guide. This usually arrives within a few minutes.
Please make sure to enter the correct email address at checkout, as this is where your download link will be sent.
All guides are provided in PDF format.
I can’t download my file — what should I do?
If you’re having trouble opening your file, we recommend trying the following:

Open the file in a different web browser (for example, Google Chrome)

Download the file on a computer rather than a phone or tablet
In most cases, download issues are related to device settings, software, or firewalls.
If the problem continues, please contact us at support@eddaknit.com, and we’ll be happy to help you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments as well as PayPal.
After adding your guide to the cart, proceed to CHECK OUT, enter your contact details (please double-check your email address), and then select your preferred payment method.
Can I get help with a guide?
Yes. Many ÈDDA KNIT guides include links to helpful visual explanations and tutorials.
If you need additional support, we also recommend:

visiting YouTube for technique tutorials

asking for help at your local yarn shop

connecting with other makers in knitting communities
If you have a specific question related to an ÈDDA KNIT guide and can’t find an answer elsewhere, feel free to email us at support@eddaknit.com.
We aim to reply as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Emails are answered during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (CET).
We generally do not respond to emails in the evenings, on weekends, or on public holidays.
Can I exchange my guide for another language?
If you accidentally purchased a guide in the wrong language, please contact us at support@eddaknit.com, and we’ll gladly send you the correct language version.
I think I found an error — what should I do?
All ÈDDA KNIT guides are carefully test-made and proofread before release.
However, small errors can occasionally occur.
If you believe you’ve found an error, please let us know by emailing support@eddaknit.com.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will correct any confirmed issues as quickly as possible.
